SHANX was born from creating a need to provide facilities with a sustainable revenue stream whilst diversifying their demographic catchment.

Our concept is unique to the Australian market whereby our mini golf courses are not ‘amusement based’ with clown heads, windmills and rocks in the middle of putting surfaces, but rather golf as we know it, miniaturised. A concept that caters for the scratch golfer to the ‘never played before’ and everyone in between. Our focus is on golf, not landscaping.

Our Services

Feasibility studies

Our team has over 80 years combined experience within the Global Golf Industry and can guide you through the feasibility of building a Mini Golf Facility. We assess the market, financials and growth opportunities based on detailed demographic assessments. The creation of a Business Case is provided to our clients following the study which provides a road map for success from day one.

Site Assessment & Procurement

SHANX can integrate into sites as small as 1,000sqm to 5,000sqm. Our mini golf courses and integrated facilities are created from the ground up and work with existing topography and infrastructure saving thousands on construction and capital costs. Our team can assist with the procurement of a site based on our market leading demographic and location research.

Concept Design

Our experienced team of Golf Course Architects will create bespoke design for your 9, 18, 27 or 36 hole mini golf facility. Our Architects will work on a least disturbance basis to provide a natural feel for the topography of the site, as well as saving thousands in construction costs.

Construction

Our team has significant experience in golf course construction and landscaping to assist clients with everything required to build a Mini Golf Facility from the ground up. We create extensive project management Gantt charts so that our clients are guided throughout every stage of the process.

Management

Our parent company, GreenSpace Management can assist with all management requirements for your facility.

Landscape Designs

We provide clients with complimentary landscape plans using native vegetation from your bio-region. Our plans compliment SHANX, rather than being the focus and provide an sustainable environment that requires minimal labour and maintenance inputs.
